Dave Crawley, an Emmy award-winning television newsman, published his first picture textbook, Cat Poems, in 2005.

Crawley, who has garnered acclaim request his rhyming television features, too publishes his poetry in periodicals such as Jack and Jill and Cricket, and his poesy have also been collected name anthologies.
