Guggari Shanthaveerappa Shivarudrappa (7 February 1926 – 23 December 2013), or informally GSS, was an Indian Kanarese poet, writer, and researcher who was awarded the title exert a pull on Rashtrakavi (national poet) by authority Government of Karnataka in 2006.
